Roderick is specialist in core banking, payments & cash management including related market developments and operating models (retail and wholesale). He was one of the Partners of Enigma Consulting, a boutique payments consultancy firm, acquired by Projective Group in 2022. Roderick has over 25 years’ experience as business consultant within the financial services and corporate finance domain. Through his involvement as advisor and project manager at large banks, small banks, CSM’s, PSP’s and (large) corporates he oversees the entire financial value chain. Roderick knows the vendor solutions in the market and acts as ‘matchmaker’ between demand and supply, supporting parties with choosing right partner(s), designing operating models and guiding organisations on their product- and payments roadmap and value propositions including the implementation itself. Besides client projects he acts a trainer on all payment related matters and has helped multiple banks in their Journey to design and implement Instant payments.
