What do you think is the next big thing when it comes to software testing?
Automation testing is already growing. Testers can write test scripts in different programming languages and present test reports in visual formats. We are using Java Selenium for writing test scripts and Allure reports for test reports. Codeless Test Automation is the next big thing that will enable users to generate codes with minimal effort. For example, TestSigma is a codeless automation application that currently has limited features but offers considerable scope for growth.
What´s the best thing about working at Worldline?
Worldline cares deeply about the people working for the company. We have a lot of flexibility in our working model, approachable management, helpful seniors and a positive working environment.
How has Worldline helped you develop and grow professionally?
Worldline has significantly contributed to my professional growth through the knowledge and experience that I acquired. For example, Worldline hired me as a fresher and trained me to master a useful and practical technology which I hadn`t learned about in college. I was then onboarded on the RailOps Project which is based in the UK. I worked on it remotely and regularly connected with the team. I learned a lot about teamwork and coordination during the project.
