What do you think is the next big thing when it comes to payments?
For Finance, definitely AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Automation. The roles we have now will be even more different in the future, less manual processing and more analytical understanding of big data & how to communicate that effectively to different stakeholders and customers to get the outcomes they desire. I have already noticed a big change moving from manual processing in the short(ish) time I have been an accountant!
What's the best thing about working at Worldline?
Most definitely the people. My team in particular – they are absolutely fabulous., We all get along so well and work really hard together but also take time out to enjoy our wins and celebrate our successes.
How has Worldline helped you develop and grow professionally?
I have a very helpful and supportive manager and CFO who have given me some great opportunities that I am really grateful for – that’s one of the reasons why I love my job so much!
